Social Workers
The social workers at JRI are advocates for our patients and act as liaisons with the rehabilitation team, the insurance company, and the designated family members. They can help patients and their families resolve issues resulting from the patient's illness or injury.
With specialized knowledge of community resources, social workers help to coordinate the patient's various discharge options, explain medical benefits, and help to ensure that each patient makes a smooth transition to the next level of care.
