Application Process
Prospective residents in JRI's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program must have completed an accredited PGY1 year in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, OB-Gyn or Transitional program approved by the program director.
JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute is a participant in ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). JRI participates in the National Resident Matching Program. There is no deadline for applications to the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Medicine Residency Program, but prospective residents are urged to apply early. All interviews are scheduled between October and January. Tours of JFK facilities can be arranged by appointment.
