Stroke
The JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute's Stroke Rehabilitation Unit in central New Jersey provides a full complement of interdisciplinary rehabilitation therapies including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, social work, therapeutic recreation therapy and psychology.
In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, JRI's Stroke Rehabilitation Center incorporates best practices in the areas of constraint-induced movement therapy, partial body weight-supported treadmill gait training, vision neuromuscular electrical stimulation, interactive robotic therapy and augmentative communication.
