Established in 1982, JRI's Prosthetic and Orthotic Laboratories combine quality, expertise and convenience. The main office is centrally located in Edison, NJ and a branch office is available in Brick, NJ.

The staff of the Prosthetic and Orthotic Laboratories provides prostheses (artificial limbs) and orthoses (braces) that incorporate the latest techniques and components utilizing in-house fabrication services. The lab's practitioners average 20 years experience in the prosthetic and orthotic field.

New Technologies

The Prosthetic and Orthotic Labs were the first facilities in New Jersey to fit patients with the Otto Bock C-Leg®, an exciting computerized knee for transfemoral amputees. We were also the first to fit the Otto Bock DynamicArm, a state-of-the-art electric elbow that provides more function than any other previous designs. In addition, we are certified to fit the M.A.S. Socket, a unique transfemoral socket design that offers better control, comfort and cosmesis.

Education

We were one of the first companies in New Jersey to have an ABC-accredited P&O Residency Program, and we have gained recognition as the top program in the state.

Our staff stays current with the latest developments in the field by taking continuing education courses throughout the year.
