A joint partnership between JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute and Meridian Health, Shore Rehabilitation Institute (SRI) is a comprehensive acute rehabilitation hospital. Our mission is to provide care that restores and returns physically disabled adults to a quality life.

Adults who have been disabled by disease or injury are treated in our spacious facility on either an inpatient or outpatient basis. Those who require inpatient stays are prepared for independent living in a caring, comfortable atmosphere, staffed by a well-trained professional nursing and therapy staff.

SRI offers an experienced, energetic team of professionals determined to help patients achieve their highest level of function. This multi-disciplinary team provides a full continuum of rehabilitative care while individualizing treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs.
